Hello!my name is Wan Nurafifah Binti Hussin. You can call me Wan. I'm 19 years old. I'm live in Kampung Pasir, Johor Bahru, Johor. I was born on 02 Decenber 1990. There are 5 members in my family. My father name is Hussin Bin Jaffar. He has retired from work. Before this he was work at Courts Mammoth in Johor Bahru. My mother name is Zahrah Bte Hj Abd Rahman. She work at school as a clerk. I have one brother and one sister. My brother name is Wan Cik Muhammad Ali and he is 25 years old. My sister name is Wan Nuraliah Farhana and she is 22 years old. I am the youngest in the family. Now, I'm studying at Universiti Teknology MARA ,Bandaraya Melaka. My favourite fast food is KFC. This is because I love to eat chicken. But, I still love to eat local food. My favourite drink is Teh O Ice. I also loves to eat chocolate. But not always.

Article 2: How To Eat Healthy And Improve Your Nutrition

There are several steps people can take to eat healthy and improve your nutrition. These are simple rules to follow and they are universal, if you make them a part of your diet you can eat healthy and avoid foods that may not truly be good for you. This article will outline the steps you can follow:

Step 1
The first step you can take to eat healthy and improve your nutrition is to read the back of packaging when you buy food. The front of the packaging is intended to grab your attention and make you want to buy the product. The back of the packaging is where the real information about the product is found. You want to have the least amount of ingredients possible when you buy food. The more ingredients that are in your food, the more artificial substances were added to your food. Also, be wary of food products that have lists of ingredients that you can not pronounce. These are usually artificial man made ingredients that have been added to your food and are not what you want to be eating. Choose foods that only have a f foods with lists of ingredients that you can not pronounce.


Step 2
The second step to take is to only eat foods that come from the earth. Fruits and vegetables and beef(beef that comes from cows that were free range, grass fed, and were not given any hormones of any kind) come from the earth. Sugary snacks, potato chips, and donuts do not come from the earth. If you follow the rule of,"If you can't grow it, don't eat it" you can make sure that you are eating healthy food and putting quality nutrition in your body. Whenever possible you want to eat organic fruits and vegetables and meats that come from animals that were not given any hormones as well. It is always better to eat something that is completely natural than something that has been made by man.

Step 3
When you are eating it is very beneficial to eat foods that are crunchy. Crunchy foods take longer to chew and require you to eat slower. The more you chew, the less you can eat, and your body can tell you that it is full quicker(it takes your body 20 minutes to register to you that it is full, which is why many people overeat because they continue to eat while their body is processing the message that their stomach is full). Eating nuts, carrots, and apples are great crunchy snacks to have. Follow these steps and you can eat healthy and improve your nutrition.

My Comment:
To get a healthy body, we should eat healthy food. This is because the healthy food will go into our body and be our energy. If we eat unhealthy food, we will get not enough energy. There several way how we can eat healthy and improve your nutrition. The best food that are required are vegetables and fruits. It is the best food to get a healthy body and enough energy.
